Equinox from The Lakes distillery is inspired by balance, change and reflection, all of which have a bearing on the whisky making process. It holds fruity and floral aromas of apple turnover, orange blossom and sandalwood on the nose, leading to ripe notes of plump apricots and orchard fruit on the palate with a well-balanced spice lingering in the finish.
